Read now the first chapter and this is certainly not the right time to judge the book yet, but I am definitely impressed with the writing style.
A student´s party, a ghost story, a drunken fuck at four in the morning.
It doesnt have the feeling of a typical NA/romance novel, more like those of a suspense thriller. The pace is slow, very slow in fact, but it does fit extremly well to the atmosphere and the setting. Everything so far sugggests that Brynn is an experienced writer even it looks like this is her debut novel. Which would be very surprising. Very sharp in tone, full of depth and visceral like a painting.
I am already a fan.
